Job summary

This role involves supporting strategic initiatives within the renewable energy sector, specifically focusing on wind turbine operations. The position requires collaboration with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of strategic projects across various functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, finance, political science, engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in management consulting or strategic roles within larger organizations.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analysis or visualization tools is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the VTO Strategy and Transformation team and stakeholders to drive transformation initiatives and strategic projects.
• Manage project scoping, analysis, and workstreams related to VTO transformation programs.
• Support projects across various functions including R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Procurement.
• Enhance the Project Management Office by setting direction and tracking progress on key initiatives.
• Engage in project management, stakeholder communication, and strategic analysis.

Education
