Job summary

The role involves supporting productivity initiatives by enabling teams to effectively utilize low-code platforms and citizen data science tools. The position requires collaboration with AI Partners and stakeholders to facilitate the adoption and configuration of these tools within established guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital enablement, business analysis, low-code development, or AI adoption.
• Hands-on experience with low-code platforms such as Power Automate and Copilot Studio.
• Understanding of large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and enterprise AI tools.
• Experience in delivering training or enablement content to non-technical audiences.
• Strong communication skills across diverse technical backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for low-code platforms and citizen AI tools, assisting with user onboarding and acting as a resource for best practices.
• Design and conduct training sessions and workshops, creating resources like playbooks and templates to enhance tool adoption.
• Build and configure low-code solutions and simple automations, prototyping small-scale solutions and translating business needs for engineering teams.
• Identify, document, and track the value delivered through low-code and citizen AI initiatives, defining success metrics and monitoring outcomes.

Skills

• Familiarity with citizen data science tools and concepts is preferred.
• Awareness of AI governance and data compliance in an enterprise context is advantageous.
• Ability to create engaging learning content, such as videos or microlearning modules.

Education

• Relevant educational background in a related field is preferred.

Tools

• Experience with low-code development tools and enterprise AI platforms.
