Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
  • Subject Matter Expertise in medical device development, particularly drug-device combination products.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in a matrix environment.
  • Proven ability to influence and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Device Engineering team in developing drug-device combination products, coordinating inputs from various departments.
  • Mentor team members to enhance their technical and leadership skills.
  • Manage device selection and development activities, ensuring compliance with quality systems and regulatory frameworks.
  • Translate user needs into product requirements and development plans.
  • Conduct risk management activities and ensure alignment with program strategies.
  • Establish relationships with external partners to support development and qualification activities.
  • Implement best practices for device engineering and drive innovation in product development.
  • Track program timelines, risks, and deliverables, and communicate progress effectively.

Education

  • Relevant academic qualification in Science or Engineering.
