An opportunity exists for an ambitious and energetic individual to step into the role of Assistant Restaurant Manager at various locations in Copenhagen. This position serves as the right hand to the Restaurant Manager, playing a key role in achieving strong results for both guests and the team.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the restaurant industry is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong motivation and willingness to learn are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to maintain high standards of service, quality, and efficiency.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations, structure, and goal tracking.
  • Train, coach, and develop the team, particularly new staff members.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling.
  • Ensure proper production flow, hygiene, self-control, and safety standards.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and daily tracking of key performance indicators.
  • Act as a role model on the floor, demonstrating energy and oversight.
