Job summary

This permanent position offers the chance to work on a significant portfolio of engineering projects over the next five years. The role involves collaborating with a dynamic, multi-functional team to ensure projects are delivered on time, safely, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical safety systems and procedures.
• Strong understanding of project specifications and drawings.
• Ability to manage safety documents and lock out/tag out procedures.

Responsibilities

• Engage early in projects regarding Electrical Safe Systems of Work Procedures.
• Conduct structured mentoring and workshops with testing and commissioning technicians.
• Ensure compliance with Electrical Safe Systems of Work among all personnel.
• Issue and control permits for energized working activities.
• Attend daily testing and commissioning meetings.
• Review project specifications and extract specific requirements.
• Manage safety documents and ensure adherence to operational procedures.
• Coordinate with testing and commissioning contractors and control system providers.
• Witness and coordinate tests, ensuring documentation is complete.
• Ensure availability and calibration of test equipment.

Education
