Job summary

The role involves addressing complex antenna challenges in the development of advanced hearing solutions. As part of the Radio Systems team, the Antenna Engineer will contribute to the design and optimization of antennas for next-generation hearing products, ensuring high-quality wireless performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Strong interest in antenna and RF engineering with experience in designing and evaluating antennas and RF systems
• Understanding of electromagnetics, antenna theory, and radio propagation
• Proficiency with electromagnetic simulation tools such as HFSS or CST
• Practical experience with RF measurements and laboratory equipment, including network and spectrum analyzers
• Effective communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Design antennas and RF solutions for hearing products
• Lead antenna development from concept to product release
• Conduct simulations, modeling, prototyping, and optimization of antenna solutions
• Analyze antenna and radio performance through measurements
• Establish design guidelines for future products
• Explore new antenna concepts and technologies
• Support troubleshooting of wireless performance issues
• Contribute to the long-term wireless technology roadmap
