Job summary

This role focuses on leveraging market insights and consumer data to drive strategic decisions in Revenue Growth Management, particularly in the area of Promotional Excellence. It involves owning analytical frameworks and collaborating across functions to enhance promotional strategies.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience in an analytically intensive role such as Commercial Analytics, Advanced Analytics, or Consumer Insights.
  • Strong understanding of causal inference concepts, consumer segmentation, and experience with large datasets.
  • Proven ability to integrate multiple data sources for analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage the promotional competitor intelligence framework, including data collection and reporting on promotional activities.
  • Analyze consumer behavior related to promotions to identify value drivers and inform promotional strategies.
  • Lead quantitative evaluations of promotional campaigns, including uplift modeling and elasticity analysis, to generate actionable insights.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development, including familiarity with DAX and Power Query.
  • Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.
  • Experience with Databricks for handling large datasets and building data pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with Alteryx for creating analytical workflows.

Education

  • Relevant degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Economics is preferred.
