Job summary

The role involves supporting the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) agenda through advanced insights and analytical frameworks that enhance commercial decision-making in areas such as pricing, promotions, and portfolio strategy. The analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable insights and contribute to strategic projects.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in commercial analytics, strategy, revenue growth management, pricing, consulting, or similar analytical roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex data into clear insights.
  • Commercial curiosity and strategic thinking, particularly in pricing, promotions, and consumer behavior.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, seeking new analytical approaches and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead analytical deep-dives on commercial questions related to pricing, promotions, and consumer behavior.
  • Support strategic projects by translating complex data into structured analyses and actionable insights.
  • Develop analytical frameworks for evaluating strategic initiatives like portfolio changes and pricing strategies.
  • Create and maintain RGM reporting frameworks and build scalable dashboards for decision-making.
  • Conduct competitor pricing analysis and support RGM communications.
  • Identify opportunities for advanced analytics and AI in pricing and promotions.
  • Collaborate with Data & Analytics teams to enhance RGM insights through predictive models.
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for complex analysis and modeling.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and large datasets, ideally with SQL.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills for creating executive-ready materials.
  • Familiarity with statistical or programming tools (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.

Education

  • Relevant degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
