Job summary

The role focuses on supporting the Revenue Growth Management agenda by generating insights on pricing, promotions, and competitive positioning to facilitate data-driven commercial decisions. The Analyst will leverage data pipelines and competitor data to provide structured insights primarily in the jewelry sector.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in pricing, promotions, revenue growth management, or commercial analytics in a data-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Commercial curiosity and strategic thinking regarding consumer behavior and pricing dynamics.
  • Ability to work independently and manage analytical projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain end-to-end competitor intelligence capabilities, including collaboration with third-party providers and ensuring data quality.
  • Design and implement analytical tools and dashboards for scalable access to insights.
  • Lead analytical workstreams focused on competitor intelligence and market monitoring.
  • Apply advanced analytics methods to extract insights from various data sources.
  • Present analytical findings and insights to senior stakeholders clearly and credibly.
  • Collaborate with Pricing, Promotions, and regional teams to embed insights into decision-making.

Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI for dashboard design and data modeling.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with large datasets and data querying tools, preferably SQL.
  • Familiarity with data preparation tools like Alteryx and programming tools such as Python or R is advantageous.

Education

  • Relevant degree in a related field is preferred.
