Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and validate trading strategies.
• Design new algorithmic trading concepts.
• Build and maintain the algorithmic trading platform.
• Support the workflow from research to live trading.
• Develop internal tools and manage data capture and storage solutions.

Skills

• Proficient in object-oriented programming, particularly C# .NET.
• Strong software development skills and a passion for technology.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with quantitative methods in mathematics, data science, or statistics is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of trading concepts and market microstructure.

Education

• Master’s or PhD degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.

Tools

• Experience with large datasets and various database technologies.
• Knowledge of scripting languages and machine learning tools such as R, Python, Keras, or TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with message-bus architectures or streaming data environments.
