Job summary

This freelance position involves designing and optimizing AI-driven workflows that integrate large language model (LLM) APIs within a hybrid AI and human environment. The role is part-time and remote, ideal for professionals experienced in AI automation and prompt engineering.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI automation, prompt engineering, workflow development, or software development.
• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Linguistics, or related fields is advantageous.
• Proficient in working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.) and integrating them into workflows.
• Strong understanding of prompt design, chaining logic, and output optimization.
• Experience with API integrations, automation platforms, and multi-step AI pipelines.
• Familiarity with data structuring and preprocessing for AI performance consistency.
• Knowledge of LLM limitations and mitigation techniques.
• English proficiency at an upper-intermediate level (B2) or above is required.
