Job summary

This role focuses on developing AI-native interfaces that enhance interactions between developers and backend infrastructure. The position requires a blend of product thinking and engineering expertise to create scalable tooling and abstractions that meet real-world developer needs.

Qualifications

• Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript, with knowledge of modern ecosystem tools (npm, ES modules, bundlers).
• Strong understanding of AI systems, including agent architectures and LLM tooling.
• Experience in building developer tools or internal systems for engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience with evaluation frameworks for AI systems.
• Familiarity with Postgres and database design principles.
• Experience with vector databases and related technologies.
• Strong product intuition for identifying valuable AI use cases.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain AI tooling surfaces and developer-facing interfaces.
• Enhance AI-driven dashboard assistants for improved workflows.
• Translate customer AI usage into better product experiences.
• Develop frameworks to measure AI reliability and performance.
• Centralize shared AI logic across services to reduce duplication.
