Job summary

This role involves shaping and coordinating AI opportunities from initial discovery through to pilot, rollout, and adoption, ensuring that each solution provides measurable business value. The analyst will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify AI use cases, assess needs, and evaluate feasibility.

Qualifications

  • Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills to translate needs into structured solutions.
  • Excellent written communication skills for documenting requirements and user guidance.
  • Proven experience in driving digital solutions and process improvements from conception to adoption.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and facilitating workshops.
  • Hands-on experience with pilots and rollouts, focusing on user adoption.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple initiatives independently.
  • Ability to simplify complexity and prioritize effectively.
  • Comfortable in a fast-evolving environment with changing priorities.
  • Experience in mapping workflows and analyzing processes.
  • Interest in AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate AI use cases from discovery to adoption, ensuring measurable business value.
  • Conduct structured discovery to identify and assess AI opportunities.
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements and success criteria.
  • Manage pilots end-to-end, including scope definition and user feedback collection.
  • Track progress and risks across active AI initiatives.
  • Oversee the rollout and adoption of AI solutions, including training and communication.
  • Apply change management practices to support successful uptake of AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, IT, and data teams to align on priorities.
  • Monitor usage and outcomes to evaluate impact and identify improvement opportunities.
