Job summary

This role involves shaping and coordinating AI opportunities from initial discovery through to pilot, rollout, and adoption, ensuring that each solution delivers measurable business value. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to assess needs, shape requirements, and evaluate feasibility of AI use cases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate AI use cases from discovery through to adoption, ensuring measurable business value.
• Conduct structured discovery to identify and assess AI opportunities.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and success criteria.
• Manage pilots end-to-end, including scope definition and feedback collection.
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies across AI initiatives.
• Oversee rollout and adoption of AI solutions, including training and communication.
• Apply change management practices to support successful uptake of AI solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, and data teams to align on priorities.
• Monitor usage and outcomes to evaluate impact and identify improvement opportunities.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Tools

• Familiarity with AI tools and digital transformation technologies.
