Job summary

Qualifications

• Over 3 years of experience in management consulting or project management, particularly in technology or AI transformation.
• Proven track record in leading transformation initiatives.
• Strong interest in AI, Generative AI, and emerging technologies.
• Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in Danish or Swedish being advantageous.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer-facing industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional AI projects from inception to execution across Nordic markets.
• Translate business needs into impactful AI initiatives and projects.
• Drive change management efforts to ensure genuine adoption of AI solutions.
• Collaborate with technology teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development and evolution of the AI operating model and Center of Excellence.
• Support the formulation of AI strategy, planning, and prioritization.
