About the role

Job summary

This role involves overseeing and managing AI initiatives within the healthcare sector, ensuring timely and effective delivery across various product lines including Health Information Systems and Health Data Products.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in programme or senior project management, preferably in technology or healthcare.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple interdependent technology projects on a global scale.
  • Strong understanding of AI product development and its associated challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Native English speaker or C1/C2 English certification.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and govern AI initiatives, ensuring alignment on milestones and priorities.
  • Maintain planning artefacts such as roadmaps and status dashboards for the AI portfolio.
  • Facilitate programme reviews and manage stakeholder communications regarding project status.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and other stakeholders to ensure well-scoped initiatives.
  • Identify and manage interdependencies and delivery risks across programmes.
  • Prepare executive-level reports and communications to convey project progress.

Skills

  • Proficiency in programme management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Strong facilitation skills in ambiguous environments.

Education

  • Relevant programme or project management certification is desirable (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).

Tools

  • Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks and tools for project management.
