AI Process Engineer (On-site)

Job summary

The role involves integrating AI into software organization processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will work closely with the Engineering Excellence team to automate processes such as compliance checks, planning, budgeting, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in building and shipping software.
• Strong software engineering judgment; understanding of good coding practices.
• Familiarity with modern LLMs, including prompts, tool use, RAG, and agents.
• Knowledge of data analysis techniques and metrics.
• Experience within an engineering organization, understanding of epics, code reviews, and compliance gates.
• Basic UX sensibility to ensure usability of shipped products.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and iterate on solutions.
• Proficient communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of Engineering Excellence to drive the automation roadmap.
• Analyze current processes by engaging with the personnel who execute them.
• Develop AI-enhanced versions of processes and validate them with users.
• Measure automation effectiveness against pre-automation benchmarks.
• Manage data across various formats and platforms, including JSON, CSV, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Graph.
• Oversee projects from concept to routine implementation.
