Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Over 8 years of hands-on software engineering experience with production-grade systems
• Strong background in modern software engineering practices, including CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-native development
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools in real production environments
• Proven track record in driving engineering transformation and developer productivity initiatives

Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate AI-native engineering experiments across workflows
• Identify and resolve engineering bottlenecks using AI tools and automation
• Implement emerging AI development tools and productivity platforms
• Define and institutionalize AI-native engineering standards and quality frameworks
• Develop AI-enabled quality engineering approaches for testing and validation
• Establish metrics to assess productivity and delivery performance
• Analyze experimental outcomes for scalability and refinement
• Create playbooks and frameworks for standardizing AI-native practices
• Coach engineers in adopting AI-driven workflows
• Drive organization-wide AI-native engineering adoption through training and influence
• Define responsible AI usage policies for code generation and security
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI transformation with business goals
