Job summary

This role focuses on integrating AI into marketing operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. The position involves building AI-powered workflows that improve output quality and speed for both internal teams and clients in various sectors, including web3 and consumer technology.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and redesign existing marketing workflows using AI tools to boost speed and quality.
  • Create and manage AI-driven content and campaign pipelines, minimizing manual tasks while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Develop a comprehensive prompt library and operational guidelines for AI adoption across the organization.
  • Research and implement new AI tools relevant to marketing and go-to-market strategies, adapting to changes in the tech landscape.
  • Collaborate with client teams to identify and resolve go-to-market challenges using AI solutions.
  • Build no-code and low-code automations that integrate AI tools with existing marketing technology stacks.
  • Educate and train marketing teams on AI tools and workflows to enhance overall proficiency.
  • Measure and report on the impact of AI workflows, including time savings and quality improvements.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in prompt engineering for major language models and experienced in AI creative tools for marketing.
  • Skilled in workflow automation using no-code/low-code platforms and familiar with APIs and JSON.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and measure campaign performance.
  • Knowledgeable about the web3 landscape and how AI intersects with blockchain technology.
  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in ambiguous situations and is eager to experiment with new tools.

Skills

  • Expert in AI tools and their application in marketing contexts.
  • Strong critical thinking and judgment regarding AI outputs.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and the ability to interpret data effectively.

Education

  • Relevant experience in marketing, technology, or a related field is preferred, with a strong interest in AI and web3.

Tools

  • Experience with platforms like HubSpot, Notion, and various AI tools for content creation and automation.
