AI Engineer (Fintech, Remote)

Job summary

This role involves owning the end-to-end AI strategy and its impact on customer solutions in a fast-growing fintech environment. The AI Engineer will design and implement AI-driven features, focusing on compliance automation through advanced technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in AI, ML, or Data/Backend roles.
• Strong understanding of modern LLM stacks and production-grade RAG pipelines.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python, with experience in frameworks like LangChain.
• Ability to set up evaluation frameworks for model performance.
• Experience deploying AI services in AWS or containerized environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the AI roadmap, selecting appropriate models for integration.
• Design and deploy features powered by LLMs, including autonomous agents and intelligent document understanding.
• Collaborate with founders to create scalable AI solutions for complex compliance challenges.
• Stay updated on AI/ML research to maintain a competitive edge.
• Ensure reliability and accuracy of AI outputs in the product.
