• Proficient in English.
• Extensive experience in a senior role overseeing AI, data science, or digital transformation projects.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams and enhance technical capabilities.
• Experience in delivering and scaling AI use cases with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong business insight with the ability to convert business challenges into AI/ML solutions.
• Excellent skills in change management, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the AI strategy for the North Europe cluster, aligning it with business goals.
• Manage the AI agenda comprehensively, from idea generation to execution.
• Transition AI initiatives from experimental phases to practical applications in decision-making and core processes.
• Foster a culture of accountability and prioritization to ensure successful delivery of AI initiatives.
• Enhance organizational capability and mindset towards practical AI integration.
• Act as a change agent, promoting new working methods and ensuring sustainable AI practices.
• Establish governance, processes, and metrics to evaluate the success of AI initiatives.
