Enterprise AI Value Strategy Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an Enterprise AI Value Strategy Consultant to strengthen our Strategy & Consulting – Data & AI team. In this role, you will help executive leaders define, prioritize, and realize value from AI and data initiatives—bridging business strategy, AI capabilities, and measurable outcomes.

You will work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and transformation, supporting clients across industries in shaping their enterprise AI agendas from ambition to execution.
 

What you will do

As an Enterprise AI Value Strategy Consultant, you will:

• Partner with C‑level executives and senior leaders to define enterprise-wide AI and data strategies
• Translate business challenges into AI-enabled use cases with clear value hypotheses
• Lead AI value identification, prioritization, and roadmap development
• Define success metrics, KPIs, and value-realization frameworks for AI initiatives
• Support AI governance, operating models, and decision frameworks
• Shape business cases for AI investments, including financial and non-financial benefits
• Work closely with delivery, data science, engineering, and industry teams to ensure strategy turns into impact
• Contribute to thought leadership, proposals, and go-to-market initiatives within Data & AI
   

Who you are

You are a strategy-oriented consultant with a strong interest in AI and data-driven transformation. You combine structured thinking with business acumen and are comfortable advising senior stakeholders.

Typical background includes:

• Strategy & Consulting (Management Consulting, Technology Strategy, Digital / Data Strategy)
• Enterprise AI, analytics, or data-led transformation programs
• Cross-functional work between business, technology, and analytics teams
   

Key qualifications

Must-have

• 4–8+ years of relevant experience in:
  • Strategy & Consulting, and/or
  • Data, AI, analytics, or digital transformation roles
• Strong ability to frame AI initiatives in business language
• Experience building business cases, value frameworks, or strategic roadmaps
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluency in English (Nordic language is a strong advantage for local roles)

Nice-to-have

• Experience with AI operating models, AI governance, or Responsible AI
• Exposure to GenAI, advanced analytics, or cloud-based AI platforms
• Industry expertise (e.g. Public Sector, Financial Services, Energy, Products, Communications)
• Experience working with C‑suite or executive leadership teams
