Finance Business Partner at ZeroNorth

Join ZeroNorth as our new Finance Business Partner and take on a central role in driving commercial performance and operational efficiency across our global organization. Reporting directly to our Global Finance Director, you will partner closely with both our Sales and Product teams - two of the most strategically important areas of our business.

This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment. You will be deployed to solve complex analytical challenges, support decision‑making with sharp financial insights, and help shape the financial narrative of a market‑leading digital scale‑up driving the green transition in global shipping.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner closely with Sales and Product teams to support commercial and product‑related decision‑making.

• Own ARR reporting and analysis, including performance trends and key commercial drivers.

• Drive workforce cost management through proactive reporting, variance analysis, and dedicated financial support for department heads and cost center owners.

• Deliver fast, high‑quality financial analysis and business cases in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment.

• Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for leadership.

• Work hands‑on with Excel, NetSuite, and Salesforce to build reporting and deliver insights.

• Act as a connector across the full finance value chain, ensuring seamless alignment between commercial teams and core finance functions.

Your profile:

• Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner, FP&A Analyst, or similar role in a fast‑moving, international environment.

• A trusted advisor who builds strong relationships through credibility, reliability, and a genuine focus on supporting the business.

• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn data into insights that influence decisions.

• High execution power - you deliver quickly, accurately, and with impact.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and prioritizing in a constantly evolving scale‑up environment.
