Legal Director, Capital Markets

You will be responsible for providing legal advice and support in various aspects of capital markets. You will work closely with Zealand management, internal stakeholders, and external parties to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, negotiate and draft relevant transactional documents, mitigate legal risks associated with capital markets activities and deal with the Danish Financial Services Authority and take ownership of Zealand’s Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) responsibilities. The role is a newly created position in our legal department and will have a one lawyer reporting to it.
