You will join the Global Marketing organization as part of a small but impactful administrative support function. Here, you’ll contribute to smooth operational processes that help our teams deliver world-class hearing solutions across the globe.

This is a great opportunity for a structured and ambitious student who enjoys working with data, systems, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you will do

As a Student Assistant, you will support our administrative and financial processes across Global Marketing. Your tasks will include:

  • Creation of purchase orders in InforLN

  • Creation of new vendors in InforLN

  • Development of spend reports for Cost Centers to support budgeting and transparency

  • Development of project spend reports for ongoing and completed initiatives

  • Supporting day-to-day administrative activities and contributing to process improvements

  • Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across functions and regions

You will work 10–15 hours per week, with flexibility during exam periods.

What you bring

You might be studying for a bachelor’s degree or have just begun your master’s degree within business administration, finance, economics, marketing, or a comparable field.

We don’t expect previous experience with the specific systems we use, but we value the right mindset and motivation. We are looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced from at least one previous relevant job in industry, consulting, or administration

  • A structured and reliable worker with strong attention to detail

  • Able to work independently and take responsibility for tasks

  • Analytical, data-driven, and quick to learn new tools and topics

  • Thriving in a highly international, cross-functional environment

  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)

  • Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing (Danish is not required)
