The Senior Manager of PLM Process Management will oversee and manage the company-wide cross-functional Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process, from "idea to market." This role is essential for ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality throughout the product development lifecycle.
Cross-Functional Operating Model: Align and establish a cross-functional operating model and governance structure for the PLM process, covering all phases from ideation to market launch.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to optimize business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
PLM Process Program Management: Run and moderate the PLM process program by setting priorities, managing the overall program, and driving workstreams for stakeholder alignment.
Team Leadership: Steer the cross-functional PLM process team, collaborating with process owners in Marketing, R&D, Quality, and Operations to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
In-Market Process Development: Lead the in-market process development workstream, ensuring timely and successful execution of product launches.
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in PLM, business process management, or a related field.
Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving process improvements.
Personal competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
