  • Collaborating closely with customers, clinicians, and field teams to validate solutions through research, testing, and real-world insights

  • Driving end-to-end product delivery in partnership with engineering teams, from concept to deployment

  • Ensuring alignment with technical architecture, including scalability, security, and regulatory compliance

  • Supporting hybrid workflows and seamless user experiences across desktop and cloud environments

  • Driving go-to-market readiness and adoption in collaboration with marketing, training, and support teams

Experience

  • Approximately 5+ years of experience in software product management

  • Proven experience in cloud-native product development, including SaaS and modern architectures (e.g., microservices, containers, event-driven systems)

  • Experience managing products within complex ecosystems (multi-application, multi-service, or hybrid cloud/on-prem environments)

  • Strong customer discovery and research skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable product requirements

  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments with engineering, UX, QA, and data teams

  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and using insights to guide decisions

  • Structured and strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution
