Driven by the passion to improve quality of people’s lives, WS Audiology continues to grow as a global leader in the hearing aid industry. To support our regional supply chain and ensure we meet customer demand across our markets, we are looking for a curious and motivated Demand Planner to join our Demand Planning team.

What you will do

As a Demand Planner, you will play a pivotal role in transforming complex data and market insights into reliable, high-impact demand forecasts. We are seeking a data-driven professional to manage and optimize the end-to-end forecasting and inventory processes for our hearing aids and accessories portfolio.

In this role, you will develop and refine demand forecasts, collaborate with cross-functional partners in Sales, Marketing, and Finance, and drive the Global S&OP process to ensure our operational plans remain perfectly aligned with business objectives.

This role is ideally suited for an ambitious professional early in their demand planning career. You should enjoy diving deep into data, possess a natural curiosity for how demand impacts the wider supply chain, and be eager to learn from experienced colleagues in a global, fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be at the heart of our supply chain, ensuring that data-driven insights translate into operational excellence. Your core responsibilities include:

  • Forecasting Excellence: Develop, review, and adjust demand forecasts using statistical models, sales data, and market trends. You will navigate the complexities of End-of-Life (EOL) management, promotions, and tenders, while coordinating requirements for new product launches (NPI) in the hearing aids and accessories category.

  • Inventory Stewardship: Monitor and manage inventory levels in close collaboration with global affiliates and supply chain teams. Your goal is to ensure optimal stock availability while proactively mitigating supply risks.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align demand plans with commercial objectives and promotional activities.

  • S&OP Leadership: Drive global demand planning and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes. You will influence country- and product-level decisions, communicate risks and opportunities to stakeholders, and ensure plans align with sales budgets.

  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Prepare and analyze reports on Forecast Accuracy (FA) and inventory status, providing actionable insights to the demand planning team and senior stakeholders.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to drive efficiency and accuracy, contributing to the global implementation of supply chain best practices.

What you bring

You are a data-driven professional who thrives in a regional setup and is eager to understand the "why" behind the numbers, with a degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.

Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or a similar role within a mid- to large-scale international organization.

  • Entry level professionals are welcome, with a relevant degree and a strong drive to grow within logistics and operations.

  • Strong ability to manage large, complex datasets and apply business statistics and forecasting methods.

  • Proficiency in integrated supply chain and analytic tools, such as Power BI, Excel, Tableau, Python, and PowerPoint

  • Good assertive English communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate, influence, and solve problems cross-functionally and with global teams. Danish is nice to have, but not required

  • Experience in an international or regional environment is a plus

Personal competencies

  • Analytical Mindset: Curious, structured, and detail-oriented; you are comfortable challenging the status quo.

  • Team Player: A collaborative communicator who enjoys working across different cultures and levels of the organization.

  • Ownership: Motivated to take initiative, grow professionally, and take full ownership of your deliverables.
