Business Finance Analyst

We are looking for a Business Finance Analyst to to support regional finance operations partner with business leaders across multiple markets. This position reports to the Finance Head of CESE-MEA.

What you will do

• Support to Finance Head CESE-MEA, ensuring accuracy and quality in relevant reporting on a country, P&L Line and sub-region level

• Drive growth and profitability for selected markets by providing P&L insight and recommendations to country GM, country FM and Heads of the sub region

• Challenge and guide the markets with clear, strong communication and presentations

• Proactively drive improvements in all aspects of the commercial finance activities in the region

• Support to country Finance and GMs for selected markets, ensuring quality in country deliveries (short and long term forecasts, MBRs, P&L and Balance Sheet submissions)

• Business partnering activities, driving revenue and cost discussions, responsibility for pricing to JV

• Participating in monthly/quarterly/yearly close and control activities

• The position requires strong insights into the various business models in the complex region.

What you bring

Experience

• 3 years of experience in finance or business admin

• Working with stakeholders to support strategic initiatives

• Good experience with creating detailed financial reports for senior management, analyzing monthly and quarterly performance, assisting with the annual budgeting

• Good understanding of financial statements and KPIs.
