Role Overview
- Design prompts and implement functions that guide our AI agents across multiple channels (voice, chat, email).
- Integrate with customer APIs, databases, and internal tools so agents can execute real-world tasks.
- Build and maintain internal tooling in TypeScript, with a focus on reusable components for agents and shared use.
- Test with live data, measure performance, and fine-tune for accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate directly with customers to gather requirements, demo solutions, and iterate quickly.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ship high-quality, production-ready solutions.
- Contribute to processes, documentation, and best practices that support scalable AI development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
- Excellent English, written and spoken.
- Strong hands-on skills with APIs, backend logic, and system integrations.
- Solid programming skills; experience with TypeScript is a strong advantage.
- Experience in technical, customer-facing roles (integrations, solutions engineering, etc.) is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with monitoring, dashboarding, or analytics tools (e.g., Datadog) is an advantage.
- Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and passion for AI.
- Prior experience with conversational AI or large language models – advantage.
