Associate Manager, Global Courier Pricing

We are seeking an Associate Manager to join our Global Courier Pricing team. In this role, you will help develop and execute Wolt’s courier pricing strategy, acting as the vital link between product innovation and operational performance. 

Your core mission will be to deploy new product developments into our pricing engine to enhance the courier experience of the pricing bidding process. You will be responsible for balancing courier satisfaction with key company metrics, specifically optimising for Task Acceptance Rate (TAR) and Speed of Acceptance. This is a hands-on opportunity to translate product designs into measurable impact across Wolt's markets. 

What you’ll be doing

• Drive Implementations: Drive the global rollout of new product features and pricing developments across all Wolt markets.
• Data-Driven Sparring: Act as an analytical partner for teams designing new pricing schemes, ensuring they are optimised for performance.
• Bridge Product & Operations: Partner closely with Product teams to translate operational inefficiencies into technical solutions.
• Influence the Roadmap: Ensure the product development cycle is focused on solving structural friction points to improve long-term scalability.
