  • Good knowledge of Nordic sporting events and the ability to confidently liaise with the Sports departments for optimization and break modelling of our linear live events.
  • Strong digital understanding and motivation to help grow and shape our linear and digital business.
  • Build, maintain and utilize knowledge, insights and understand program research and how to drive subscription growth from our linear strategies and initiatives.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end Planning variables taking both program research, rating optimization and other stakeholders into account, when making scheduling strategies, changes and adjustments.
  • Have insight into competing digital and linear businesses in Nordic markets and their impact on WBD’s platforms.
  • Experience in driving changes and efficiency projects independently or within a team.
  • Constantly striving to improve current processes and workflows both internally and externally.

Qualifications & Experience…

  • Solid communication and language skills both with team members within the Nordic unit, but also stakeholders across other departments and international regions.
  • Highly versatile and multi skilled individual with great attention to detail.
  • Agility and flexibility are a must within the Nordic Broadcast Planning unit, where roles and responsibilities are interchangeable depending on the market needs.
  • Constant high performance, while adjusting evolving linear and digital programming and promotional strategies.
  • Experience from a planning or coordinating role is a must.
  • Solid understanding of sports and commercial broadcasting.
  • Understanding of linear and digital scheduling practices and the ability to utilize these to improve performance of the schedule.
  • Interest in, analytical approach and ability to understand program research and both the linear and digital competitive landscape.
  • Solid technical and IT skills is a definite requirement.
