Are you skilled at optimizing processes and can you lead a dedicated team within Marketing Operations? Are you trusting and collaborative, and can you drive efficiencies and quality in an international and fast-paced environment? If so, you might be the new Operations Manager we are looking for in our Copenhagen office!
As our new Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations, managing one or more client teams. You will develop, motivate and support a local delivery team while ensuring efficiency and quality across all operational processes.
More specifically, your tasks include:
You will join a group of 10 managers locally, as well as collaborate with managers in our other offices in Toronto, Bangkok and San Jose. As we operate in a global environment with clients covering multiple time zones, we expect you to be flexible and communicative with a can-do attitude.
You will lead and develop a cross-functional team of approx. 10 employees, fostering a motivating, collaborative and high-performing environment. You will also work closely with other in-house departments to ensure seamless collaboration across our value chain.
As a person, you are passionate about people, yet brilliant in structure. You are result-oriented and proactive, yet trusting and patient with your teammates. We're looking for an emerging leader with potential, who has already demonstrated the ability to develop others, while still drives improvements and setting clear expectations – not necessarily extensive management tenure.
