Visual and Spatial Design Coordinator (Copenhagen)

Job summary

The role involves shaping the physical representation of a brand across various retail and showroom environments. The coordinator will work closely with teams in retail, marketing, and wholesale to bring brand identity to life through spatial design.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a creative or design field, preferably in spatial or interior design.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace tools.
• Strong technical drawing and visualization skills, with familiarity in relevant software.
• Experience in budget management and project management is advantageous.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel within Europe and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Support the ideation and execution of window and in-store display concepts.
• Assist in sourcing materials and maintaining displays, furniture, and props.
• Coordinate timelines and logistics for multiple projects.
• Help develop and maintain visual merchandising guidelines.
• Assist in planning brand activations, events, exhibitions, and pop-ups.
• Monitor display performance and report on gaps between concept and execution.
• Provide administrative and practical production support to the team as needed.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to manage and allocate budgets effectively (advantageous).
• Project management skills to lead timelines and coordinate teams (advantageous).

Education

• Relevant educational background in design or a related field is preferred.
