You know the feeling.
When a hiring puzzle finally clicks.
You’ve talked with leadership, mapped the market, challenged assumptions, and suddenly the right profile emerges. Not just a hire – but the hire.
The kind of hire that moves a product forward.
It’s not luck.
It’s not just sourcing.
It’s seriously good Talent Acquisition work.
Right now, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help shape how we build our Product and AI teams for the future.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just run processes, but understands why a role exists, when it’s needed – and what kind of talent will actually move the needle.
This is not a classic recruiter role. As a TA Partner at e-conomic, you’ll act as the strategic hiring partner for our Product organisation. That means working closely with our CPO, Directors and Tech Leads to advise, challenge and co-create our hiring strategy, while also executing hiring.
You understand that hiring a Lead AI Product Manager isn’t about finding the right keywords.
It’s about understanding the product roadmap, the surrounding team, and how that role impacts the broader product ecosystem – and then translating that into a strong assessment and a compelling story for candidates.
If hiring goes wrong, the product slows down. If hiring goes right, everything accelerates. That’s the impact of the role.
You’re joining us at a time where AI, Product and Technology are becoming even more deeply intertwined, and your work will influence how e-conomic builds products – and teams – for years to come.
If you’re the kind of TA professional who cares about why a role exists – not just how fast it can be filled – this role has more depth than most.
Instead of working order-based, you’ll operate as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions before a role even opens. In that sense, you’ll help shape how e-conomic attracts top-tier Product and AI talent in a highly competitive market, while balancing the long-term workforce planning with short-term hiring impact.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner for Product, you’ll:
Act as the primary TA Partner for Product leadership, advising on headcount planning, role design and hiring priorities
Own end-to-end recruitment for high-complexity roles within Product and AI – from brief to signed offer
Translate business strategy and product direction into concrete hiring plans and assessment frameworks
Challenge and evolve our recruitment processes, candidate experience and ways of working
Bring market intelligence to the table: talent trends, salary benchmarks and competitive insights
Proactively source and build long-term relationships with senior and hard-to-find talent
You’ll be part of our People & Culture team (15 lovely folks) and report to Mads, Manager of TA & People Ops, and you'll collaborate closely with People Business Partners, People Operations, and leaders across the organisation.
You’ll work alongside two skilled TA colleagues, Hanne and Anne Sofie (who will be going on parental leave this summer), and enjoy a high degree of autonomy in your day-to-day work.
The TA team values psychological safety, curiosity, and collaboration. We share insights, challenge each other’s thinking, and genuinely enjoy working together while continuously raising the bar for what great Talent Acquisition looks like.
Here’s how Mads describes the TA team:
“I’m obviously biased, but I’m very proud of how the team keeps pushing each other to improve how we work with TA. We enjoy having professional discussions where we challenge ideas and decisions, and, now and then, we’re also quite fun to be around. I’ll admit, most of the jokes probably come from me.” – Mads
*The team may disagree on the quality of the jokes.
This is how we envision success in this role to look like a year ahead of joining the team:
You’re a trusted TA partner for Product leadership, with well established working relationships and regular involvement in early hiring discussions
You have successfully delivered several high-quality hires for Product and AI roles, meeting both capability and team-fit expectations
You influence role scoping, hiring approach, and prioritisation before recruitment is kicked off
You run complex Product and AI recruitments independently and with consistent quality
You provide relevant market insights that inform hiring decisions and expectations
You have contributed to improving how we assess and hire senior Product and Tech talent
You’re an experienced recruiter who has grown into true partnership. Ideally, you bring:
Senior Tech & Product TA experience in product-led organisations
Stakeholder management skills – you’re comfortable advising and challenging leaders
AI literacy – you leverage AI in your daily work both in terms of higher quality and effeciency
Talent sourcing craft – you know how to engage top-tier, passive talent in competitive markets
A curious, improvement-driven approach – you’re always looking for the better way
