• High-level finishing skills in sound design, music, captions, motion graphics, and color correction suitable for audience-building channels.
• Experience in adapting style and tone for different brands or channels, avoiding a one-size-fits-all approach.
• Ability to manage multiple editing projects and meet deadlines in line with a content calendar.
• Openness to feedback and willingness to implement changes based on viewer retention insights.
• Proficiency with professional editing software and familiarity with AI tools that enhance editing efficiency.
