Logistics Process and System Trainer > Manufacturing Logistics Excellence > Munkebo - Szczecin 
 

Join our Process Excellence (PEX) department, where we enhance strategic transformation across global logistics operations. Our mission is to ensure scalable, compliant, and sustainable logistics processes through modularization, digitalization, and continuous improvement. 


Responsibilities 

  • Define and map logistics processes relating to SAP WMS / EWM and other digital systems.
  • Design and deliver training materials and workshops for logistics and SAP systems, aiming to increase system and process adoption rate.
  • Analyze logistics and SAP data to identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities, contributing to logistics process efficiency and stability.
  • Apply Lean principles to enhance internal logistics operations and support automation and digital tool adoption/utilization.
  • Manage or support cross-functional projects involving logistics, IT, quality, and manufacturing teams.
  • Act as the liaison between Manufacturing and Digital teams to gather system requirements and test new solutions.
  • Prepare executive dashboards and reports to track training effectiveness, process adoption, and other key performance indicators. 

  

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or process excellence, with proven impact on logistics process efficiency and stability.
  • At least 3 years of experience in training and facilitation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SAP WMS / EWM and logistics operations.
  • Proficient methodological, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Effective communication, facilitation, and change management capabilities, especially in driving automation and digital tool utilization. 

  

Core Competencies 

  • Strategic and analytical thinking with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Effective approach to processes and proficiency with Lean methodologies such as 5 Whys and Fishbone diagrams.
  • Ability to assess skill gaps and define learning objectives aligned with business goals.
  • Proficiency in training development and documentation of logistics processes.
  • Familiarity with LMS (Learning Management Systems) platforms and e-learning tools.
  • Effective collaboration and integration across functions and cultures.
  • Willingness to engage directly in factory environments to understand and solve operational challenges.

 Please be aware that this role may require up to 100 days of travel annually.
