The Global HSE department is a diverse team spread geographically across the organization supporting manufacturing sites globally. The department sustains with all HSE matters as part of the 'Vestas way to market' for all new factories and platforms. Further, the department supports the leadership teams in Manufacturing on their ongoing transformation journey and on maintaining compliance locally.
Responsibilities
In this key role, you will serve as an important member of the Global HSE Leadership Team, contributing to the development and execution of global HSE strategy. You will provide strategic input to assure that the tactical plan reflects the HSE Risk profile for Manufacturing, certifying that all Manufacturing operations understand their legal obligations and have appropriate systems and processes to ensure they are compliant and shared through lessons learned throughout the sites. Your primary work location will be Aarhus, Denmark. You should expect travel activity, up to 120 days per year, internationally.
