You aren't just managing a ledger; you are building the data foundation that allows Veo to predict the future. You will bridge the gap between complex global hardware logistics and high-velocity SaaS revenue streams.

The Role: The Engine of Growth

Reporting to the CFO, you will lead a team to deliver a "No-Surprises" accounting function that is fast, granular, and global.

• The Hybrid Ledger: Master the dual-complexity of Hardware Inventory and SaaS Revenue.
• Data Architecture & Governance: You ensure every transaction is tagged correctly at the source. You are the guardian of the "Chart of Accounts," ensuring FP&A has the granularity needed to track margins by region, product, and segment.
• The "Fast Close": You are obsessed with process optimization. You will lead the transition to a high-velocity month-end close (Target: <5 Business Days) through automation and rigorous workflow management.
• Global Consolidation: Own the intercompany mechanics of a multi-entity, multi-currency scale-up, ensuring seamless transfer pricing and tax compliance.
• Audit & Systems Mastery: You lead the relationship with external auditors and own the "Financial Tech Stack" (ERP, Spend Management tools, etc), eliminating manual work wherever possible.

• Mentorship: You don’t just "check work"; you drive your team's educational growth, leveling up their technical skills and business acumen.
• Culture of Accountability: You build a high-performing, autonomous environment where feedback is frequent, and the standard is excellence.
• Change Management: As Veo professionalizes, you will guide your team through the transition from "reactive" bookkeeping to "proactive" financial partnering.

• Technical Rigor: CPA/ACCA (or equivalent) with Big 4 roots. You've handled the "messy middle" of scaling a finance function.
• Analytical Mindset: You don't just report numbers; you understand the operations behind them. You partner with FP&A to ensure seamless "Actuals vs. Forecast" reporting.
• Systems Obsessed: You view a manual spreadsheet as a failure. You are excited by API integrations, OCR automation, and ERP optimization.
• Leadership: You build a culture of accountability. You mentor your team to be "Business Partners," not just "Number Crunchers."

Directly leading a team of six in our Copenhagen office, you are the "Captain" of the accounting function.
