Meet your team
You will work closely with the VP of Windows, the VP of Accessories & Digital Solutions, Category Heads, and senior management.

Reporting to the Head of Product Portfolio Planning & Launch Management, you will play a central role in supporting our newly launched strategic direction and strengthening our Category Management focus. This is a high-visibility role with real influence.

You will be based in Hørsholm, Denmark and some travel may occur.

As our Senior Product Portfolio & Launch Manager, you will sit at the intersection of global strategy, category development, and market intelligence.

Your mission is clear: define the long-term direction of our product portfolio and ensure our strategic choices are grounded in sharp, actionable insights.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping global product categories by:

• Developing foundational global product portfolio strategies aligned with long-term business priorities
• Translating market, customer, and competitive intelligence into clear strategic choices
• Identifying growth opportunities, white spaces, and category risks
• Supporting roadmap decisions and new product launches with data-driven recommendations
• Acting as a strategic partner to Category Heads and VPs, influencing executive-level decisions
• Support our team's Global Product Insight Manager in setting up and leading insight studies as well as analysing the results etc.

Your work will directly impact portfolio prioritization, innovation focus, and commercial direction across regions.

What you will bring

You combine structured thinking with curiosity. You are comfortable moving between high-level strategy discussions and deep analytical work. You challenge assumptions, ask the right questions, and bring clarity where others see complexity.

You know that strong insights only matter if they drive decisions — and you know how to communicate them in a way that resonates with senior stakeholders.

Furthermore, you have:

• Experience in strategy, product management, portfolio planning, or commercial insights from a corporate environment and/or a consulting background
• A strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into compelling recommendations
• Solid experience with market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis
• Confidence engaging with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• The ability to operate in a dynamic, evolving global environment
