With a strong strategic mind‑set, advanced analytical capabilities, and a passion for developing people and processes, you could be our next Senior Manager, FP&A playing a key role in supporting Executive Management decision making.

Meet your future team

You will join the Group FP&A, Treasury, CAPEX and Admin‑controlling team, consisting of 8–10 skilled and ambitious colleagues who support performance management across the VELUX Group. Within Global Finance & GBS, you will become part of a global organisation of approximately 300 finance professionals. You will lead a team of four FP&A professionals and act as a key finance partner to senior stakeholders, including the SVP of Global Finance & GBS and Executive Management. Together, you will drive integrated performance management, financial planning excellence, and data‑driven decision making across the organisation.

What we offer

You will operate at the intersection of finance, strategy, and business performance, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organisation. This role provides a unique opportunity to take end‑to‑end ownership of the Group’s financial planning processes and to influence strategic decision making at the highest organisational level. You will play a central role in strengthening FP&A capabilities, enhancing planning tools, and shaping the financial narrative that supports the VELUX Group’s strategic ambitions.

More specifically your tasks will be to:

  • Own and continuously develop the Group’s integrated planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term strategic planning.
  • Provide forward‑looking financial insights and executive‑level analysis in support of decisions made by Executive Management and the Board.
  • Serve as a trusted finance partner to senior leadership, proactively influencing business decisions and driving long‑term value creation.
  • Lead the development of FP&A capabilities, including digital planning tools, analytics, and performance management frameworks.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing FP&A team of four professionals, strengthening finance business partnering across the organisation.

What you will bring

You are a proven performer with a strategic mind‑set and a strong financial toolbox. You thrive in a fast‑paced and international environment and enjoy linking business strategy with performance management. You communicate clearly, work collaboratively, and take pride in providing high‑quality, value‑adding insights that influence strategic decision making.

Moreover, we expect that you:

  • Bring extensive experience from FP&A, corporate finance, or performance management roles within a global organisation.
  • Possess advanced proficiency in financial software, including Excel and financial planning systems (for example BPC, Hyperion, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan).
  • Communicate effectively and work confidently with both senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
  • Ideally, you have proven leadership experience building and developing finance teams and influencing senior stakeholders in complex organisations.
  • Bring project management experience leading initiatives across a global organisation.
