With your strong financial expertise, analytical mindset and ability to create performance through cooperation and ambition, you could be our next Senior Manager for Finance supporting Products & Innovation at the VELUX Group.

Meet your future team

You will join the Global Finance organisation, working closely with colleagues located at our Head Office in Hørsholm, our Innovation Centre in Østbirk, as well as our regional offices across Europe and the US. In this role, you will directly support the Executive Vice President for Products & Innovation and become an integral member of the Products & Innovation Management team.

You will apply your financial toolbox and business acumen to provide robust analyses, follow up on project performance, evaluate business cases and ensure strong cost management. You will report to the Senior Finance Director for Marketing, Sales Development & Products, who is part of the Global Finance leadership team, and you will have one direct report supporting the Products & Innovation finance function.

The Global Finance area is characterised by a dynamic, international environment with a strong focus on delivering impact for VELUX and developing our employees.

What we offer

In this role you will contribute to financial performance management across the global Products & Innovation organisation. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, drive financial planning processes and support strategic decision-making with high-quality insights.

More specifically your tasks will be to:

  • Be the Finance lead for cross-functional programmes and initiatives within Products & Innovation
  • Develop and drive the KPI and target setting process for Products & Innovation, including the annual financial planning cycle and follow-up on performance metrics
  • Support financial reporting and prepare updates on major innovation projects for the Executive Management Team and the Board
  • Create global templates and advanced Excel models to support Project Managers with opportunity sizing, business case development and resource allocation
  • Improve, define and ensure adherence to the financial governance process for Products & Innovation projects
  • Develop insights on performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting and cost-optimisation activities together with the business controlling team in Poland
  • Contribute to process optimisation, cross-functional reporting and project controlling activities across the wider Finance team

What you will bring

You have a strong interest in finance and performance management, and you enjoy transforming complex information into meaningful insights. You build strong relationships across functions, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and have a natural curiosity for understanding how the business operates. You are proactive, ambitious and motivated by opportunities to develop both professionally and personally.

Moreover, we expect that you:

  • Hold a master’s degree within Business Economics, Finance or a similar field
  • Are a proficient user of MS Office, Excel, PowerBI and other relevant platforms
  • Have extensive experience within a Finance and Performance Management function, preferably in a global company
  • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and can manage several tasks or projects at the same time
  • Are passionate about making a difference and know how to drive performance through insight, cooperation and aspirations
  • Are proficient in English, both written and spoken
