Shape how innovation happens

Do you thrive at the intersection of structure, collaboration, and innovation?

We are looking for a Senior Business Process Manager (BPM) to build, govern, and continuously improve the process landscape within Products & Innovation (P&I).

In this unique role, you will play a key part in enabling faster time-to-market, improving quality, securing compliance, and ensuring consistency in product development.

Meet your future team

As Senior Business Process Manager (BPM), you will be based at our LKR Innovation House in Østbirk (Denmark) joining a dedicated and inclusive team of specialists characterized by their significant expertise and self-drive.

What we offer

An interesting role in Products & Innovation, where you will work closely with Operations & Supply (O&S), Group Functions, and a broad network of stakeholders across the organization to establish strong BPM foundations and embed them into the daily way of working in R&D.

You will be responsible for establishing and managing the full P&I process architecture in alignment with the overall company process landscape. Together with O&S and Group Functions, you will define and apply BPM principles, frameworks, roles, tools, and methods, and ensure the organization is trained and capable of using them effectively.

More specifically your tasks will be to:

  • Own and govern selected core R&D processes, ensuring alignment with company-wide BPM principles and strategic objectives.
  • Drive process standardization and transparency across the organization, including ownership of the P&I Process Portal.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders, process owners, and digital teams to ensure effective process design and system enablement.
  • Monitor process maturity, performance, and business impact, and steer prioritization of improvements.
  • Ensure sustained process adoption, compliance, and audit readiness in line with internal governance, legislative, and ISO requirements.
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight for process execution, while delivery remains with line organizations and project teams.

What you will bring

You bring deep expertise in Business Process Management within a product development context and apply BPM standards, frameworks, systems, and tooling to enable effective ways of working and strengthen innovation.

You operate comfortably across functions, influence without formal authority, and create alignment among diverse stakeholders. With a structured and analytical, yet pragmatic and people-oriented mindset, you facilitate productive discussions and translate principles into practical, adopted ways of working.

Specifically, we expect that you bring:

  • Deep experience and advanced skills in business process management and related improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, BPM).
  • Strong skills in process design, documentation, and maturity assessment with ability to drive and facilitate process improvements
  • Experience with managing process frameworks, standards, and systems
  • Proven ability to drive change management and secure adoption and adherence across diverse functions.
  • Strong cultural understanding and ability to work across disciplines and organizational levels.
  • Analytical and structured mindset with focus on measurable improvements.
