Step into a high‑impact finance partnering role where your insights, ownership, and analytical strength will shape financial decision making across the VELUX Group’s largest sales region. With strong analytical capabilities and a passion for elevating performance, you could be our next Regional Finance Partner for Sales Region NENA.

Meet your future team

You will join the NENA Sales Finance team based at our head office in Hørsholm and report to the Senior Director of Regional Finance. The role is newly established and offers a unique opportunity to shape how financial insight is generated, communicated, and acted upon across a global, multi‑market region.

Sales Region NENA spans North Europe, Central and Eastern Europe, North America, and APAC, making it the largest of the VELUX Group’s two sales regions. As the Regional Finance Partner, you will be the anchor for cross‑regional sales insights and performance management, working closely with market finance teams, regional leadership, and financial stakeholders across the globe.

What we offer

You will play a central role in driving performance, strengthening financial decision making, and shaping how sales insights are used across the VELUX Group’s largest sales region. This role offers significant exposure to regional and executive leadership and provides the opportunity to influence financial processes and outcomes across diverse markets.

More specifically, your tasks will be to:

  • Act as right‑hand to the Senior Director of Regional Finance, generating insights that support high‑quality financial decision making across markets and at Group level.
  • Drive or support financial deliverables related to sales insights for Executive Management and the Board of Directors.
  • Elevate and standardise performance reviews, including budgets and in‑year forecast updates, ensuring transparent performance management and enabling commercial execution.
  • Develop sales analyses that enable informed decisions and progress, including trending and projection of sales, market potential assessments, and business cases.
  • Partner with finance stakeholders across geographies to continuously improve financial processes and strengthen common ways of working.
  • Participate in cross‑functional projects and deliver ad‑hoc analysis as assigned by management.
  • Present financial data and insights to key stakeholders, ensuring clarity, relevance, and actionable outcomes.

What you will bring

You are structured, curious, and proactive - someone who moves with pace, takes ownership, and brings clarity to complexity. You have strong analytical capabilities and can turn raw data into meaningful insights that support sound commercial decision making. Importantly, you thrive on working across markets, cultures, and seniority levels, and you enjoy raising the standards of a global finance community.

Moreover, we expect that you:

  • Hold a relevant master’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a similar field.
  • Bring at least 5 years of experience in finance business partnering, FP&A, commercial finance, or consulting within a complex, multi‑market organisation.
  • Have proven experience owning forecasting or planning processes - not only contributing to them.
  • Possess strong Excel skills; experience with SAP or Anaplan is considered an advantage.
  • Are comfortable working across multiple geographies and partnering with senior stakeholders in English.
