Do you want to work at the intersection of regulation, product development, and sustainability?
Are you motivated by taking complex requirements and making them actionable across an organization?
We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager who can drive the implementation of new product regulations and ensure our products remain compliant, competitive, and future-ready.
Meet your new team
You will be part of a collaborative team that values expertise, knowledge-sharing, and practical solutions—and have the opportunity to influence both processes and products in a meaningful way.
You will join our Product Regulatory Affairs team, a group of engineers and specialists who act as the link between evolving regulations and practical product development. Together, we translate legal and technical requirements into solutions that work across the business.
This role is based in Hørsholm with a lot of collaboration across the various European sites.
We offer
This is a chance to take on a role with real impact. You will help shape how we respond to new regulatory demands and contribute directly to more sustainable and compliant products.
As Project Manager, your focus will be to lead and coordinate how new regulations are implemented into our processes and product portfolio. Some initiatives will be smaller and fast-moving, while others will span across functions and require structured project governance.
A key starting point will be the revised Construction Product Regulation (CPR), including new requirements around life cycle assessments and digital product passports.
Your role will be to ensure these requirements are clearly understood, well-planned, and successfully embedded into how we develop and manage our products.
More specifically you will:
Work closely with regulatory experts and stakeholders across the organization to translate requirements into concrete plans and drive them forward. That means structuring projects, aligning stakeholders, managing risks, and keeping momentum from idea to implementation.
You will also play an important role in communication—ensuring that both specialists and non-specialists understand what’s required, why it matters, and how it impacts their work. Along the way, you’ll facilitate workshops, support decision-making, and help build scalable processes that last beyond individual projects.
Who we are looking for
You are an experienced project manager who enjoys navigating complex, technical environments and turning ambiguity into structure.
You have high expertise in working with regulatory topics - and you know how to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and move projects forward.
You likely have a degree in engineering, science, project management, or a related field, and you’ve already worked with technical or regulatory projects where multiple stakeholders and dependencies were involved. You bring a solid toolbox of project management methods, and certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or IPMA are an advantage.
Ideally, you have some familiarity with construction products, standards, or regulatory frameworks such as CPR. Experience with digital product data and systems like PIM, PLM, or ERP will also help you succeed, especially as requirements become increasingly data-driven.
Just as importantly, you are a strong communicator. You are able to engage both specialists and business stakeholders, create alignment across functions, and keep people moving in the same direction.
As a person you are structured, proactive, and comfortable facilitating workshops, driving discussions, and ensuring that decisions are translated into action.
