Step into a vital support role where your structure, coordination skills, and clear communication enable an entire management team to perform at its best. With strong organisational abilities and a proactive mindset, you could be our next Management Team Assistant for the Global QHSE&E Leadership Team.

Meet your future team

You will join the Global Quality, Health & Safety, Environment, and Energy (QHSE&E) Management Team, supporting the VP QHSE&E and 7 senior leaders working in this area. The team collaborates closely with stakeholders across the VELUX Group and plays a central role in ensuring strong governance, performance, and continuous improvement within QHSE&E.

You will act as the coordination hub for the managers, ensuring structure, clarity, and effective communication. The working environment is professional, international, and informal, with a strong sense of trust, collaboration, and shared purpose.

What we offer

In this role, you will provide high‑quality administrative and coordination support to the full management team. You will help secure smooth processes, well‑prepared meetings, accurate reporting inputs, and clear follow‑up on decisions and actions. You will be both the “team glue” and an active driver who ensures momentum and alignment across QHSE&E activities.

More specifically your tasks will be to:

  • Plan and coordinate all QHSE&E Management Team meetings and workshops end to end, including agendas, pre‑reads, logistics, documentation, and follow‑up
  • Prepare, refine, and quality check presentations and communication material, primarily in PowerPoint
  • Support QHSE&E reporting processes within Quality, HSE, and Energy to secure timely and accurate inputs
  • Capture decisions and actions and maintain structured follow‑up, driving progress when needed
  • Maintain team routines, calendars, distribution lists, and collaboration platforms such as Teams and SharePoint
  • Serve as the central coordination point for internal stakeholders engaging with the Management Team

What you will bring

You are a strong communicator with a natural ability to create clarity, structure, and connection. You thrive in a role where you support senior leaders, anticipate needs, and ensure that processes and materials are well prepared. You are service minded, reliable, and comfortable handling multiple parallel tasks with high attention to detail.

Moreover, we expect that you:

  • Bring several years of experience from a similar role, such as management assistant, executive assistant, PA, team coordinator, or similar, ideally from a global set-up
  • Have strong skills in Microsoft Office 365, especially PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Excel; experience with SharePoint is an advantage
  • Communicate clearly and can translate complex input into simple and well‑structured messaging
  • Build trust easily and contribute positively to team collaboration and alignment
  • Work independently, take ownership, and follow through reliably on commitments
  • Are discreet and comfortable working closely with senior leaders
  • Have full proficiency in English, both written and spoken
