Business Area Wind is responsible for Vattenfall’s Onshore and Offshore Wind, as well as other non-hydro renewable initiatives like PV/Solar and batteries. We currently develop, construct and operate wind generation assets across Sweden, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands and the UK.

We are now looking for a Business Physical Security Officer (BPSO) to strengthen our physical & personnel security capability within Business Area (BA) Wind. In this role, you will help strengthen and continuously improve physical and personnel security across BA Wind, supporting the organisation in preventing, preparing for and responding to security‑related threats and disruptive events. You will work across BA Wind, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders to embed security thinking into daily operations and long‑term planning.
Your role / what will you do?
As a BPSO, you will play a key role helping the organisation being secure. Working closely with business units and security functions, you will help translate security frameworks and requirements into practical, effective ways of working. Your focus will evolve depending on experience and development goals, ranging from hands‑on coordination and delivery to analytical, advisory and improvement‑driven responsibilities.
