Vice President of Revenue Operations (m/f/d)

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Revenue Operations to drive and lead operational excellence across our global GTM organization, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Partnership teams.

This is a highly visible, cross-functional leadership role responsible for building the operational backbone that enables Usercentrics to scale efficiently, execute our GTM strategy globally and drive our AI transformation in GTM.


Role responsibilities:

GTM Strategy and Leadership

Act as a strategic advisor to CCO, CMO and GTM leaders, translating strategic objectives into clear operational plans and measurable outcomes.

Hands-on lead key cross-functional, strategic initiatives that drive scalability, efficiency and growth.

Build and lead a small, high-performing Revenue Operations team (RevOps business partners, Enablement, Analytics, and GTM Systems and Innovation) and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

Process Ownership and Optimization / Center of Excellence

Design, implement and evolve the end-to-end revenue architecture across all GTM motions (product-led, sales-led and partner-led), spanning from demand generation, pipeline management, retention and expansion.

Ensure strong cross-functional alignment between Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Partnerships through structured handoffs and governance frameworks.

Identify and eliminate friction points across the funnel to increase efficiency and conversion.

GTM Planning and Forecasting

Lead the annual GTM planning process, covering revenue targets, headcount, capacity models and budget allocation in collaboration with FP&A, Data/BI and GTM leadership.

Build robust forecasting with the Analytics team and scenario planning frameworks to support strategic decision-making.

Drive alignment of goals and KPIs across GTM teams, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Training and Enablement

Oversee GTM enablement programs, ensuring all GTM teams and partners have the knowledge, tools and content to perform at scale.

Develop and implement onboarding, skill development and readiness programs tailored to our different GTM roles.

Drive tool and system adoption to optimize the impact of enablement on productivity and efficiency.

Systems, Tools and Data Infrastructure

Own and evolve the GTM systems landscape to enable scalability and productivity, especially through AI-powered platforms and AI-native workflows.

Partner with the Analytics team to deliver actionable insights and executive dashboards that drive data-informed decisions across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Partnerships.

Ensure operational excellence in data governance, accuracy and accessibility across all GTM functions to create a reliable single source of truth for GTM data.

Oversee tool strategy and spend management, optimizing licenses, contracts and technology ROI in partnership with Procurement.

Experience:
  • Strong leadership capabilities and proven leadership experience (7+ years) in leading, managing and fostering the professional development of a high-performing team in the tech / software environment.
  • 5+ years experience in scaling revenue operations for a high-growth B2B Saas company, ideally with €50M+ ARR.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) working closely with and advising C-level GTM executives, including the CEO, CCO and CMO.
Skills:
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking mindset, with the ability to synthesize complex data and present clear, actionable insights.
  • Deep understanding of B2B Saas Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Partnership workflows, including state-of-the -art customer acquisition, retention and expansion strategies.
  • Expertise in CRM systems, modern GTM tools and partner management tools with a focus on driving adoption and value.
  • Experience in building and deploying AI-powered and AI-native used cases in production systems using LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic or similar) and orchestration platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n or similar).
  • Strong program management skills with a track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
