Head of P&C Operations

P&C Operations is a pivotal team within twoday's People & Culture. As a vital service to the entire twoday group, this unit underpins the structural basis of all P&C activities, across the Nordics and Lithuania, managing our new HCM system, business processes, personnel cases, collective bargaining, compensation& benefits, and compliance with policies and employment documents. You will report directly to the Chief People Officer, Katrine Qvant, joining the People & Culture leadership team as a key member.
