Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a D365 Project Support for the Finance & Operations (F&O) module. In this role, you will support project managers and finance teams in maintaining accurate project data, ensuring smooth operations within Microsoft Dynamics 365, and providing essential financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Obtain all new project budgets, costs, and billing milestones from project managers and set up working projects in D365.
- Set up any necessary intercompany or intracompany arrangements in D365 with input from project managers.
- Set up all contractors or subcontractors within the project on D365.
- Input all new opportunities into D365.
- Support project managers with the input of project financial forecasts in D365.
- Work closely with the UK accounts team to resolve invoice and forecasting queries, acting as the link between finance and project management to ensure D365 remains updated and accurate.
- Support country and sector leads with the generation of financial reports such as pipeline and performance from D365.
Qualifications
- Experience in Finance & Operations (F&O) module within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Preferably previous experience in a similar project support or financial coordination role.
- Based in Stockholm or Copenhagen.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across regions.
