The Role: High-Impact and Hands-On
• Design and execute the go-to-market and growth strategy
• Take the lead in building the commercial function from scratch
• Land and develop strategic international clients • Work hands-on with operational sales in the early stage
• Hire and grow your own sales team over time
• Spar with the CEO on overall business development and market positioning
The Profile: Strategic Do'er with Edge
• Proven track record in selling services or technical solutions within the wind industry (ideally blade repair or turbine maintenance)
• You understand the market dynamics and likely have client relationships you can bring
• You’re tired of corporate red tape - and ready to create something that’s truly yours
• You combine entrepreneurial spirit with structure and long-term thinking
